Coaching Services

If you participate in coaching services, Zerene coaches may review your session information, device usage, progress metrics, goals, survey responses, and communications in order to provide personalized guidance and support. This information is used to support coaching services, improve customer outcomes, and improve the overall effectiveness of the Services.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including:

Amazon Web Services (Cloud infrastructure)

We do not intentionally share individual health survey responses, diagnoses, or Zerene device-derived health metrics with third-party advertising services.

Shopify Network Intelligence. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. We use Shopify services, including Shopify Network Intelligence, that may process information about your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to improve shopping experiences, personalize services, measure performance, and support relevant advertising. This information may be shared with Shopify and service providers or other third parties, including those located in other countries. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise this right through our Your Privacy Choices page.

Communications & Security

Email Communications

If you subscribe to updates, make a purchase, create an account, or participate in coaching services, we may send you emails related to transactions, account activity, product updates, or promotions. Marketing emails always include an explicit unsubscribe link.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. While no system can guarantee absolute security, protecting customer data is an foundational part of how we operate.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain customer accounts, improve our products, and comply with legal obligations. We may retain anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified information indefinitely for research purposes.

We will maintain de-identified information in de-identified form, will not attempt to re-identify individuals from that information except as permitted by applicable law, and will require any recipients of such information to uphold the same commitments.

Your Rights & Choices

Zerene respects your right to control your personal information. We provide the following rights and choices to our users:

Confirm whether Zerene collects or discloses your personal information.
Request access to your information, including, where applicable, a list of third parties and affiliates with whom your information has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information.
Withdraw consent to certain collection, use, or sharing of your information.
Unsubscribe from marketing communications.

Your Requests

You may request account deletion through the Zerene mobile app or submit privacy requests by emailing privacy@zerenelife.com.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days, subject to applicable law. Where permitted and reasonably necessary, we may extend this period once by up to 45 additional days, notifying you of the reason for the extension within the initial response period.

We provide responses to at least two privacy requests per 12-month period at no charge. Additional requests will also be handled without charge unless applicable law permits a reasonable fee, such as for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

If we decline your request, we will explain the reason and how to appeal by contacting privacy@zerenelife.com. We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the relevant state Attorney General, including:

Disclaimers & Limitations

Children’s Privacy

Zerene’s Services are intended for legal adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors.

Healthcare Disclaimer

Zerene is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Our products are intended to support training, coaching, education, and personal awareness. Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding explicit medical concerns.

As a physiotherapist working in a university Orofacial Pain/TMD clinic. I was intrigued about ZERENE. We use appliances and teach strategies to help minimize muscular and joint strain/pain but ZERENE offers an opportunity to diminish the strains and actions from nocturnal bruxism.
It was fairly simple to order and with the on-line instructions and the immediate response from the team at ZERENE, the Study and Training phases ran smoothly. To be able to see my scores improve dramatically was a pleasant surprise. COACH ZERENE was then able to assist in the next phases of breaks to see how the training helped and when I should restart the Study/Training cycle. I have been pleased with the support and increased time between cycles.
I also have used CPAP for 40+years. I currently use nasal pillows and the ZERENE module works well in combination with my setup. In fact, the headgear setup actually protects the straw/module during my changes in position throughout the night.
ZERENE has performed as it stated and I have been able to confidently recommend ZERENE to individuals that are having continued concerns after traditional oral appliances and treatments.

This thing has been life changing. I've been grinding my teeth - HARD - for 30+ years. Headaches, jaw pain, broken teeth, inflamed gums - I've got it all. When I saw an ad for Zerene, I was intrigued, but honestly a little put off by the idea of having something sticking out of my mouth all night. I've been using Zerene for about a month now and am thrilled with my results. My bruxism has improved by 93% and I can open my mouth wider than I've been able to in over 20 years! The coaches are truly excellent and are helping me build a plan to stop using a mouthguard completely, something I honestly never thought was possible.
