As a physiotherapist working in a university Orofacial Pain/TMD clinic. I was intrigued about ZERENE. We use appliances and teach strategies to help minimize muscular and joint strain/pain but ZERENE offers an opportunity to diminish the strains and actions from nocturnal bruxism.
It was fairly simple to order and with the on-line instructions and the immediate response from the team at ZERENE, the Study and Training phases ran smoothly. To be able to see my scores improve dramatically was a pleasant surprise. COACH ZERENE was then able to assist in the next phases of breaks to see how the training helped and when I should restart the Study/Training cycle. I have been pleased with the support and increased time between cycles.
I also have used CPAP for 40+years. I currently use nasal pillows and the ZERENE module works well in combination with my setup. In fact, the headgear setup actually protects the straw/module during my changes in position throughout the night.

This thing has been life changing. I've been grinding my teeth - HARD - for 30+ years. Headaches, jaw pain, broken teeth, inflamed gums - I've got it all. I've been using Zerene for about a month now and am thrilled with my results. My bruxism has improved by 93% and I can open my mouth wider than I've been able to in over 20 years! The coaches are truly excellent and are helping me build a plan to stop using a mouthguard completely, something I honestly never thought was possible.
