How do I clean my Zerene?
The Zerene Mouthguard may be rinsed by running under cool water.The Zerene Module and Pressure Straw may be cleaned by wiping with a paper towel using water or isopropyl alcohol.
How long should I charge my Zerene?
The Zerene should be charged for at least one hour prior to use. We recommend you keep your Zerene on the charge cable when not in use.
When do I change my Pressure Straw?
The Zerene may alert you that a new pressure straw is necessary. Also, you may swap your Pressure Straw when it has seen several weeks of use (typically 4 weeks).
How do I see my Zerene data?
Eventually, your data will be made available to you right from you Zerene App. For the beta test, your beta test cooridnator will be able to help provide you with data as available.
What if my mouthguard is uncomfortable?
Please reach out to your beta test coordinator. A new mouthgaurd may be necessary.
When do I starting using my Zerene?
For the beta test, the study coordinator will reach out to you to discuss the beta test details and start date.
What do I do at the end of the beta test?
An return envelope has been provided in your Zerene kit. Please place you Zerene box in the return envelope and place in a United States Postal Service mailbox.
How do I buy a Zerene?
The Zerene is expected to become available commercially later in 2024. Thank you for your interest!
