IS IT FOR ME?

We’ve designed Zerene to work with as many people as possible. Before purchasing, make sure that you review the following information:

-Must be 18 years + – Zerene has been designed and tested on adults age 18 and older. We do not recommend it for those younger than 18.

-Must be able to use a dental impression kit – the kit uses a putty mixture to create a mold of your teeth. We suggest making impressions of both upper and lower teeth if possible, however one or the other is sufficient. It takes 10 minutes or less and is very easy to do. Please do not use with any dental appliances like dentures or braces

-Must be able to wear a mouthguard – although our goal is to free people from dependence upon mouthguards, the Zerene does use a mouth guard to collect data and deliver biofeedback. So if you cannot physically wear a mouthguard for several nights (up to 14), the Zerene is not a great choice for you

-Zerene is not recommended for those who wear plastic aligners, dentures, or braces

Zerene does everything the mouthguard you already have (or are planning to purchase) does PLUS:

-It provides helpful data to better understand your specific teeth clenching or grinding behavior 

-It provides a training program that may help reduce your teeth clenching or grinding

-For early release customers it provides a dedicated ZereneCoach who will help you achieve your personal best results with Zerene.

 We are confident that you’ll get valuable data from using your Zerene, or we will send you a second custom mouthguard at no additional cost, no questions asked. This means you truly have nothing to lose when you try Zerene – if you’re dissatisfied you’ll end up with two custom mouthguards that you likely would’ve needed to purchase at a similar cost anyway!

The original purchaser will simply contact your ZereneCoach and return your untampered-with Zerene Moon Module and Pressure Tubes within 30 days after receiving your Zerene Date & Training Bundle. Keep the included custom mouthguard and we will send you a second one.  

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A ZERENE?

Because Zerene features a custom made soft mouthguard, just like the one you can get from your dentist, you will need to complete a dental impression kit (included with purchase). Please note that for early release pre-sale customers you can expect delivery of your customized Zerene within 4 – 8 weeks. Details of the process are listed below:

Dental Impression Kit

We will first mail you a dental impression kit which you’ll use to make impressions of your upper and lower teeth. Your ZereneCoach will double check your impressions via photos to make sure we can create a top quality mouthguard from them. You’ll return the dental impression kit to us using the provided postage-paid envelope. During this step you’ll also download our app and get to know it a bit – this is important since the app is an important way that you’ll receive information from Zerene.

Zerene Data & Training Bundle

We will use your dental impressions to create a comfortable, custom made soft mouthguard. Then we will mail you your Zerene Data & Training Bundle. Follow the instructions to get started on a path toward healthier teeth and jaws!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to use Zerene you’ll need:

-A smartphone – we support XXXX XXXX brands/OS’s and newer

-Access to the internet or wireless data

Zerene is custom-made for each customer so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange once you’ve purchased it. However we do offer the “Nothing to Lose Guarantee!” 

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES

-Buying multiple Zerenes? Thank you! Please note that at this time Zerene supports one module per smartphone. In other words if you purchase one for yourself and another one for someone who lives with you, each person will need to have their own smartphone to use Zerene

-Zerene has sensors that collect data while you sleep

-Zerene is a wellness device, not a medical device, and while it provides valuable data it is not meant to replace advice from a dental or medical professional

-Zerene is FCC certified for use within the United States

-Zerene users will periodically need to purchase new pressure tubes for the device. However, we expect each tube to last up to 3 months depending on the severity of your teeth clenching or grinding, and the tubes are reasonably priced. See the product here for pricing and details.

-Early release Zerene purchasers receive Zerene Prestige and Coaching at no additional cost for six months. After that coaching and other services will be available at a monthly cost.
